Ok folks here are my before and after pics of Insanity. I know I need to put back on the bathing suit to really see the after but this is all you're going to get. I've been doing Barbie's Challenge with the eating and have really noticed a difference with my abs. Email me if you want to find out more info on the challenge or doing Insanity.
